Birth is a complex time and it is sometimes difficult to remember everything and you may be left feeling unsure of what exactly went on in your birth. This session will give you the space to talk through your labour and birth, reflect and gain clarity about what happened.

This session can be delivered over one, two or three sessions and there is no time limit on when you can start this process of reflection. One week, one month or even years after your birth, it is never too late to share and reflect on your pregnancy and birth story.
