Inevitably, many people go on after one pregnancy to think about another. If everything went swimmingly with your first then it is often not a complex decision to be made when to have number 2, 3 or 4 etc. But, if your pregnancy or birth was difficult or has left you feeling nervous or scared for that next time, this is the session for you.

In this session, you will reflect on your past experience, talking through what happened from your perspective and what your fears are moving forwards into another pregnancy. Together, we will develop a plan for you to work through to help make your decisions and air your worries with those close to you and seek support from your midwives or doctors.
