A completely individualised programme of 5 sessions, each 60 minutes in duration, covering all aspects of planning for pregnancy, labour, birth, feeding and beyond. Alternatively, you can choose the focus of your own sessions within your completely unique programme.
Session duration is 60 minutes and includes birth planning session.
Prices for this start at £250 for 2 people to attend regarding 1 pregnancy. Or cut the cost with my offers that are available if you wish to join up with a friend on a join course as you are both pregnant!
