Sometimes, pregnancy and birth can be medically complex and the choices we want to make are challenged by midwives or doctors. Whilst it is always vital to listen to your midwives and doctors, it is vital you understand the decisions you are making and the evidence behind the information you are being told.
This session will detail what you are wanting for your pregnancy and birth and why. We will discuss the evidence base as to why your care providers are not being accommodating and develop a plan for you to organise discussions about your pregnancy and birth with your care givers from a position of knowledge and understanding. This session will help encourage you to enter into discussions to reach a situation both you and your care givers are comfortable with.
