This session is aimed at giving you space to talk through your fears and worries to help you articulate your thoughts so you can communicate clearly with your care givers to make a plan for your pregnancy and birth that helps alleviate as much of the stress and worry as possible, enabling you to feel more in control of what is happening to you.
